STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

1^st Ever West High Talent Show!  Open to all students!  You must sign up by April 13 in room 111. 

(Ms. Schmitz).  Talent show tryouts will take place April 19^th & 20^th. 

West High Work Force sign ups are now available in the Activities office.  It is open to all students

interested in cleaning up Billings.  West High Work Force will take place Saturday, April 17^th from

9:00 am to noon.

The following college representative will be visiting West High:

March 24th (Wed.) 1^st period               Dickinson State University

SCHOLARSHIPS (West High website under Bear Necessities)

The Gary Reynolds’ Post High School Scholarship is open to any West High senior and will be applied

to any post-secondary educational facility.  The Golden “K” Kiwanis Scholarship Committee will determine the

final winner.  Student activities, community activities, goals, objectives, and personal hardship will be considered. 

Application deadline is April 15^th. 

Midland Empire Angus Association Scholarship is offered to students who are members of the Montana

Junior Angus Association.  Selection will be based on school activities, extracurricular activities, 4-H /or FAA

awards, and cattle awards (projects exhibited, showmanship contests, and judging contests).  Deadline is May 1^st.
